Refunds / Exchanges 

 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if for some reason your candle arrive to you broken then please immediately take pictures of the box and products as they arrived and send them to us at eighthandross@gmail.com

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We suggest that you get a tracking number included with your return as it was when your candle was previously shipped out to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
