Refunds / Exchanges
We process refunds / exchanges on a case by case basis. However, if for some reason your candle arrives to you broken then please immediately take pictures of the box and products as they arrived and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If approved, you will be notified and automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds.
